The Legend of Xi Cygnus

The giant, Xi Cygnus, rules over a planet that circles a far-away star.  His world troubled by a race of dwarves, Xi sets out to punish them.  He slaughters many and enslaves the remainder.

A band of one hundred dwarves attempts to murder Xi in his sleep but fails.  The giant kills the conspirators and places further restrictions on their kind.
