22. Personifications

Entering the Green Room, Severian recognizes Dr. Talos.  While Baldanders and Jolenta sleep, Severian is reunited with Dorcas.

Later, Severian questions Baldanders about why the troupe separated from Severian and Jonas during the commotion at the Wall of Nessus.  Seemingly confused, Baldanders explains his preoccupation with Dr. Talos and the restoration of their shared home.  Leaving Baldanders, Severian observes Talos strike Jolenta.
