11. Three Months Later

A theater critic offers a glowing review of Cassie’s performance in Dating the Volcano God.

On opening night in Springfield, Cassie walks on stage to raucous applause.

India visits Cassie in her dressing room and praises her talent.  They discuss whether Dean, in his role opposite Cassie, met expectations.

Cassie receives a call from Agent Martin of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  He asks that Cassie stop by his office, but she refuses.  After verifying Martin’s identity, Cassie disconnects the phone.

India complains that the cast fails to shine as brightly as Cassie.

Margaret readies Cassie for an evening performance.  On stage, Cassie improvises a dance with Dean to the crowd’s approval.
